Susan Zimmermann, PhD is the Project Manager at the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities and she co-teaches a course in Leadership Education in Developmental Disabilities at the University of New Hampshire. She is a parent of two boys. Her eldest experiences intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Lisa Beaudoin is the Executive Director of ABLE NH, Granite state’s only disability justice organization free of public funds. She is the mother of two sons, her eldest is a person with trisomy 21, this drives her passion for her work.
Patricia Vincent-Piet is the wife, mother, family caregiver, content creator and advocate. she works to dispel ableism and to make all communities that she is part of more inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Dr. Erica Jablonski joined the University of New Hampshire Institute on Disability in May of 2022. Erica has previously conducted qualitative and quantitative research in non-profit and academic settings on a variety of subject areas, including bioethics (e.g., pain and palliative care studies), education, and family caregiving. Her qualitative dissertation, “Informal Caregiver Identity: Voluntary Job Fit, Teamwork and Tools”, focused on caregiving team dynamics as well as caregiver resource usefulness.
